About the Position
We are hiring a QA Automation Engineer for a full-time position in Sofia, Bulgaria. Join our team to validate game mechanics and improve automation frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Adapt and extend the framework for new game mechanics and validation needs
- Validate game responses, feature logic, state transitions, wins, multipliers, and edge cases
- Execute and analyze large simulation samples to ensure game mathematical output matches the official game logic document/spec
- Analyze failed automation runs and identify the real source of the issue
- Improve the speed, efficiency, reliability, maintainability, and reporting of the automation framework
- Collaborate with QA, developers, math/game teams, and product stakeholders
- Help define test coverage for new games and features
Requirements
- Previous experience in Automation testing
- Strong technical knowledge in Node.js, Git, and JSON
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Knowledge of QA principles, testing methodologies, and bug reporting
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Experience investigating whether failures come from the product, test logic, framework, or integration layer
- Experience optimizing high-volume simulation speed and performance
Nice to Have
- iGaming, casino, or slot game testing experience is a strong plus
- Experience with game mechanics such as free spins, respins, multipliers, jackpots, bonus features, game states, or choice-based flows is a plus
