QA Specialist

About the Position
We are seeking a QA Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for performing thorough manual testing of web applications and ensuring compliance with requirements.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough manual testing of web applications to ensure compliance with requirements
- Document test results and prepare detailed reports on findings
- Maintain clear and open communication with project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and executives
- Continually improve QA processes to ensure high-quality products
Requirements
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience in test documentation design (test plans, bug reports, etc.)
- Understanding of the software development life cycle and experience working with different methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to work well as part of a team
Nice to Have
- Skills in programming
- Experience with DBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)
