QA Team Lead

About the Position

Our client – a Swiss Bank with 85 years of history and billion-level assets – is looking for an experienced QA Team Lead for their neobank project in Kiev. The team has branched into an IT product company, working on mobile banking, scoring, card system, CRM, and services for VIP clients.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for WEB and Mobile Applications.
• Conduct manual testing, including black box, smoke, integration, functional, non-functional, and regression testing.
• Understand and manage the life cycle of the bug’s priority and importance.
• Work with test documentation.
• Manage multiple QA employees.

Requirements

• Strong manual testing skills: Test Design and Manual Testing of WEB and Mobile Applications.
• Knowledge of concepts, methodologies, and principles of software testing.
• Understanding and using the black box, smoke, integration, functional, non-functional, regression testing.
• Knowledge of the life cycle of the bug’s priority and importance.
• Working with test documentation.
• Experience managing multiple QA employees.

Nice to Have

• Jira+Zephyr experience.
• Being document-addicted (Confluence).
• A bit of Auto Testing skills (Webdriver.io).
