Quality Engineer

About the Position

We are currently seeking a Quality Engineer for our client, an international software company and a leader in its sector. The role is based in Warsaw, mazowieckie.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring quality and quality control in the area of project and offer documentation in accordance with established standards;
• Ensuring the quality of project documentation in the area of IT projects in aeronautics, safety, and transport;
• Collaborating with another team in the creation of offers;
• Planning and conducting quality control system audits;
• Actively participating in process improvement (CMMI, SPICE) and acting as an expert in this process;
• Supporting company employees in the implementation of quality management systems;
• Collaborating with the Quality Manager in supporting the implementation of the company's quality policy;

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position;
• Experience related to quality assurance work;
• Good knowledge of process assessment (CMMI or SPICE);
• Knowledge of the ISO 9001 standard;
• Experience in IT projects related to aeronautics and safety is desirable;
• Very good knowledge of English due to work in an English-speaking environment;
• Developed communication skills;
• Experience in an international environment is desirable;
