Quality Inspection Leader

About the Position

We are currently seeking a Quality Inspection Leader to join our team in Szczecin. This key role is essential for ensuring that all our operations meet company standards and exceed client expectations.

This position combines technical knowledge with strategic leadership and team management. As a Leader, you will be responsible for mentoring employees, setting efficiency goals, and fostering a collaborative environment to further improve our processes.

Responsibilities

• Organizing and overseeing the work of the Incoming Quality Control team.
• Supervising incoming inspection and the process for handling non-compliant products.
• Analyzing inspection results, reporting discrepancies, and monitoring the quality of supplies.
• Collaborating with Quality, Engineering, Production, and Warehouse departments to solve quality issues and implement changes.
• Participating in projects and activities related to continuous quality improvement.

Requirements

• Experience working in a production environment.
• Proficiency in Polish and English, enabling fluent communication in an international setting.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation.
• Experience working with ERP systems - Dynamics 365 is a plus.
• Knowledge of basic quality tools and experience in quality control.

• Familiarity with ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 standards.
