Quality Manager (m/f)

About the Position

Priac is currently recruiting a Quality Manager (m/f) for our team in Braga.

Responsibilities

• Implement, manage and monitor the company’s Quality Management System;
• Ensure compliance with applicable legal, regulatory and internal procedural requirements;
• Monitor and track quality indicators and related objectives;
• Monitor non-conformities, complaints and their respective resolution;
• Prepare, update and control procedures, work instructions, records and other documentation related to the Quality Management System;
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement across the different areas of the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management or a related field;
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Quality Management roles;
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and Quality Management Systems;
• Experience in supporting and coordinating internal and external audits;
• Strong analytical, organizational and process management skills;
• Ability to work cross-functionally with different departments;
• Proactive attitude and a strong focus on continuous improvement;
• Good working knowledge of standard computer applications;

We Offer

• Monthly Salary: 1200 € - 1800 €
• Location: Braga, Portugal
• Type: Full-Time
• Mode: On-site
