Quality Manager - SAP

Estamos buscando un QA Lead excepcional para trabajar con nuestro equipo multifuncional y unirse a nuestra comunidad de expertos de clase mundial. Trabajará en proyectos emocionantes con nuestros clientes, asumiendo el papel esencial de asesorar a nuestros clientes sobre la calidad del software que se está probando. Además, trabajará con nuestros clientes para asesorarlos de manera proactiva sobre cómo acelerar y mejorar el proceso de QE&A.

Responsibilities

• Liderar un equipo de QE&A encargado de realizar las pruebas de integración de sobre SAP, tanto manuales como automáticas, desde su diseño hasta su cierre.
• Liderar la definición e implementación de soluciones avanzadas de automatización de pruebas (funcionales y no funcionales) y su inclusión en los ciclos de integración/entrega/despliegue continuo.
• Establecer la dirección técnica del trabajo de los equipos de QA a su cargo y dirigir el equipo de automatización de pruebas.
• Seguimiento de métricas del proceso, elaborando informes, gestionando dependencias, riesgos y bloqueos hasta su resolución.
• Presentación de informes a las partes interesadas del proyecto.
• Revisar los procesos de QA existentes, recomendar mejoras y definir acciones para implantarlos.
• Proporcionar soporte experto y formación a los miembros del equipo.

Requirements

• Essential Skills:

  • • 10 años de profesional de QA y +3 años en automatización SAP
  • • 5 años de exitosa trayectoria como QA Lead en el ámbito SAP
  • Experiencia en la gestión de los procesos de QA, análisis de riesgos, planificación de recursos y la estimación de proyectos.
  • Relevantes experiencias en entornos SAP: Soluciones/módulos BW, BPC, CRM, SAC… ; Buena comprensión de metodología de pruebas (ISTQB, TMap, etc.) ; Uso de herramientas de automatización.
  • Fuertes capacidades de comunicación y reporting
  • Emprendedor y gran capacidad de networking.
  • Foco en excelencia operacional, responsable y orientado a resultados
  • Autodirigido, independiente y cómodo en entornos de trabajo de ritmo rápido, ambiguos y a menudo multidireccionales.
  • Fluido Inglés hablado y escrito
  • Experiencia en trabajo en entornos multiculturales

• Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experiencia en eCommerce y Retail
  • Experiencia en Tosca o UFT
  • Experiencia en desarrollar y mantener un modelo de planificación que estime el ROI de la automatización de pruebas y Realizar un seguimiento e informe del retorno de la inversión real
  • Abierto a Abierto para viajes de clientes según sea necesario
