About the Position
Intego Group’s Biometric Department is looking for an R Shiny Web Developer. We’re seeking bright individuals to join our growing team in Poland and Ukraine offices.
The Statistical Programming Group within the Department of Integrated Data Analytics and Statistical Programming is responsible for developing software analysis of Oncology/Neuroscience clinical trials data in accordance with departmental SOPs and guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Create or review and approve programming plans at study, project, and utility level.
- Development (design, coding, validation, and documentation) of new tools/packages using R and/or Python.
- Demonstrates experience in Javascript, HTML, CSS, web app testing, and UI design. Development of visualization dashboards and exploratory analysis applications using R Shiny and/or Dash Plotly.
- Develop software systems to generate displays of clinical study data as tables, listings, and graphs for electronic submission to regulatory agencies.
- Develop software validation procedures and test plans, as necessary.
- Create and document archives of software, outputs, and analysis files.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Life Sciences, or other relevant scientific fields; Master’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing software for clinical trials using R and/or Python coding.
Nice to Have
- Good knowledge of statistics and drug development process.
- Familiarity with CDISC standards, including SDTM and ADaM models.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
