React Native Developer

About the Position

We are looking for a React Native Developer to join our team and work on a new e-commerce project from scratch. This is a remote position with a B2B contract.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a new e-commerce project from the ground up.
• Develop and enhance a mobile application using React Native.
• Implement new functionalities.
• Integrate the application with cloud services such as DigitalOcean/AWS.
• Work directly with clients, translating their needs into specific technical requirements.

Requirements

Main requirements:

• 3+ years of commercial experience with React Native,
• Practical knowledge of cloud solutions: DigitalOcean or AWS.
• Experience with databases: MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Ability to design and work with architectural diagrams.
• Documented experience in at least 3 commercial projects (CV should include details of your role, challenges, and solutions implemented).
• Ability to translate client needs into technical language and specific technical requirements in ongoing projects.
• Very good knowledge of English (min. B2) and Polish (min. C1).
• Teamwork skills, openness, and willingness to share knowledge.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Highly developed communication skills – ability to clearly communicate with colleagues and clients (e.g., to explain complex technical issues).
• Flexibility of thought – ability to adapt to a dynamically changing technical environment (e.g., in the face of new data or unexpected challenges).
• Proactivity – ability to anticipate potential problems and prevent them.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of AI tools supporting the development automation process.
• Experience with tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, and/or Copilot.
• Ability to create and work with various diagrams, including class diagrams, use case diagrams, sequence diagrams, and flow diagrams.

Team: 2-3 Developers, Tech Leader, Team Leader, UX Designer, Delivery Manager, PO (on the client side).
