About the Position

We are seeking a Recruiter to source and identify qualified candidates through various channels. Strong sourcing and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and experience.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidate fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-up on open positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
• Submit qualified candidates for open positions and track submission status.
• Conduct reference checks and background checks as required.
• Extend offers and support candidates through the offer and onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the ATS.
• Meet recruiting targets, submission goals, interview goals, and hiring deadlines.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or a related field.
• Strong sourcing and candidate identification skills.
• Experience conducting phone screens and candidate interviews.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand job requirements and identify qualified candidates.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Experience working with ATS, job boards, LinkedIn, or other recruiting tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Bachelor's degree may be preferred depending on the role and organization.

• Competitive salary range of $45-50/hr.
• Location options: Arlington, VA / Seattle, WA / Herndon, VA (100% Onsite).
