Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding
Conduct phone screens, schedule interviews, and maintain candidate communication
Drive candidate engagement through calls, texts, emails, and follow-up outreach
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing hiring needs
Partner with Hiring Managers, HR, Operations, and Training teams to meet hiring goals
Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate ATS records
Support sourcing efforts through job boards, social media, referrals, hiring events, and community outreach

1+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a high-volume environment
Experience recruiting for hourly, entry-level, hospitality, retail, customer service, staffing, call center, gaming, or similar roles
High-energy, positive, and relationship-driven
Strong communication and candidate engagement skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency and attention to detail
Comfortable working toward hiring goals and recruitment metrics
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
