They are looking for a talented Recruiter who helps them continue to shape the future of 3D content creation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an effective recruitment strategy.
• Manage IT and business vacancies, including the analysis of CV, candidate profile evaluations, and conducting interviews.
• Utilize various tools and platforms to source potential candidates.
• Build and maintain a pool of potential talents while conducting market research.
• Implement contemporary search and recruiting techniques.
• Generate reports to track and evaluate recruitment efforts.
• Manage the CRM system effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting.
• In-depth understanding of the IT labor market, especially in the 3D Art Market.
• Proficiency in direct search techniques and recruitment tools.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with candidates.
• Strong prioritization skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Upper intermediate level of English.
