Responsibilities

Discover the opportunity to contribute actively and independently while becoming a subject matter expert.
Participate in team discussions and contribute solutions to work-related challenges.
Coordinate recruitment operations by managing logistical and administrative tasks.
Assist sourcing and recruiting teams with candidate outreach for interview scheduling and feedback collection.
Collect and verify candidate documents and conduct detailed background checks.
Communicate effectively with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
Facilitate onboarding processes and maintain accurate records.
Support recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Requirements

Expert proficiency in Portuguese Language.
Expert proficiency in Onboarding.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant related skills.
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
