About the Company

Lovable is the software creation platform that gives people the power to act on the problems closest to them. Since its launch in November 2024, people have built over 60 million projects on Lovable. We’re building a generational company from Stockholm, with growing teams in London, Boston, New York, and San Francisco. Our team is small, talent-dense, and moving quickly, with a culture rooted in extreme ownership, high velocity, and low-ego collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Own interview scheduling and candidate logistics, including complex panel interviews and coordination across time zones in partnership with Executive Assistants (EAs).
  • Keep Ashby accurate and reliable through regular pipeline audits, data checks, and configuration support.
  • Use recruiting data and feedback to identify bottlenecks, implement practical improvements, and measure their impact.
  • Build and improve scalable processes, using AI and agents to automate repetitive tasks, reduce manual handoffs, and free the team to focus on candidates and hiring decisions.
  • Champion the candidate experience with clear expectations, timely updates, and thoughtful preparation, helping stakeholders uphold the same standard.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting operations or coordination, ideally in a global startup or fast-moving tech environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Ashby or a comparable Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and an understanding of how data quality and system configuration affect recruiting.
  • Strong organizational judgment: you know how to prioritize competing requests, navigate ambiguity, and follow through independently.
  • Clear, thoughtful communication and excellent writing skills. You're comfortable working with senior stakeholders and speaking up when something needs to change.
  • An AI-native mindset: you understand how processes work, spot opportunities to improve them, and can build scalable workflows that integrate AI and agents into everyday recruiting operations.
  • A collaborative approach: you welcome feedback, share what you learn, and care deeply about the people behind the process.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in project or program management.

We Offer

  • Opportunity to work with a fast-growing, influential company recognized by TIME, Forbes AI 50, and CNBC Disruptor 50.
  • Be part of a small, talent-dense team with a culture of extreme ownership, high velocity, and low-ego collaboration.
  • Work in a dynamic environment where you can make a significant impact.

Why Lovable?

Lovable is the counterargument: a platform for all people with ideas, ambition, and problems worth solving. From solopreneurs to small business owners to teams at companies like Adidas and Zendesk, people have built over 60 million projects on Lovable since its launch in November 2024. And we’re just getting started.
