About the Project

We are looking for a Red Hat OpenShift Administrator who will be responsible for maintaining, developing, and automating container environments based on the OpenShift platform. We seek a specialist with experience in administering Kubernetes/OpenShift environments who will support development teams and ensure the high availability and security of the platform. Work in a hybrid model from Warsaw.

Your Tasks

• Configuration and maintenance of the containerized application platform in the Red Hat OpenShift environment
• Monitoring performance and resolving incidents and issues
• Managing the security of the container environment
• Automating administrative processes
• Collaborating with DevOps, Development, and Security teams
• Configuring CI/CD and integrating with DevOps tools
• Implementing and maintaining CI/CD and GitOps processes
• Creating and updating technical documentation

Who We Are Looking For

• Required experience of at least 3 years in deploying, configuring, and maintaining containerized applications in the Red Hat OpenShift environment
• Very good knowledge of working with YAML files, Helm charts, and OpenShift templates used for deploying applications
• Knowledge of the OpenShift application model, in particular: Projects / Namespaces, Service Accounts, Secrets, ConfigMaps, and other platform elements
• Knowledge of application security, including (SCC, Pod Security, Network Policies, secret management)
• Experience in scaling and optimizing applications, including: HPA, VPA, managing resource requests/limits, configuring probes (liveness/readiness/startup)
• Knowledge of application exposure methods, such as: Routes, Services, Ingress, ExternalName, TLS termination, API Gateway patterns
• Experience in CI/CD for OpenShift applications, in particular: CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Argo CD / GitOps approach
• Required Red Hat OpenShift Administrator certificate (or equivalent)

Scope of the Privacy Policy

All individuals

• From the Career Website – we collect technical and statistical data related to the use of our Career Website and information about your device.
• Directly from you – we receive most personal data directly from you, e.g., when you apply for a position or contact us. Some data is optional, but some may be necessary to consider your application or provide a response.

References

• From the referring person – if another candidate refers you to the recruitment process, we may receive your contact information from them to establish contact.

Candidates

• From public sources – we may obtain candidate data from public sources such as LinkedIn.
• From recommendations of our employees and partners – we obtain information from individuals who found your profile interesting for current or future recruitment processes.
• From user recommendations – if another user recommends you to us as a candidate, we may obtain data from this recommendation.
• Data entered by us or in cooperation with you – some data, such as interview notes, assessment results, and tests, may be entered by us independently or jointly with you during the recruitment process.
