Regional Director, Energy & Utility Operations

About the Position

We are seeking a Regional Director, Energy & Utility Operations to lead a large-scale national operation delivering mission-critical utilities, facilities, and technical services to clients across the pharmaceutical, healthcare, industrial, and food production sectors.

Responsibilities

• Full P&L ownership for a significant national operations division
• Lead and develop senior management teams responsible for nationwide service delivery
• Drive operational excellence, customer retention, profitability, and business performance
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Ensure the highest standards of health, safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance
• Deliver strategic growth initiatives and identify new commercial opportunities
• Support business development activities across pharmaceutical, industrial, healthcare, and food production sectors
• Champion continuous improvement, innovation, and sustainability programmes
• Contribute to executive leadership decision-making and long-term business planning
• Lead organisational change, succession planning, and talent development initiatives

Requirements

• Leadership: Significant experience leading multi-site technical or operational businesses
• Strategic Planning: Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities
• Operational Excellence: A track record of delivering growth, operational improvement, and customer excellence
• Customer Retention: Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Regulatory Compliance: Experience within facilities management, engineering services, utilities, energy services, pharmaceutical manufacturing, industrial operations, or related sectors

We Offer

• Base Salary: €120,000 - €140,000
• Annual Bonus: up to 20%
