Are you ready to join our digital revolution journey?

At Aleph, we’re not just part of the digital advertising landscape-we’re shaping its future. Representing the world’s leading platforms, including TikTok, Amazon, Google, and nearly 55 others, we operate in 130+ markets across new and existing geographies.

Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.

With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.

As Regional Legal Advisor, you will act as in-house legal counsel across Aleph Group, advising colleagues and subsidiaries on contracts, corporate governance, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, corporate acts, and other legal documentation
  • Lead the preparation and upkeep of corporate governance documentation for the company and its subsidiaries within Aleph Group
  • Oversee and ensure that internal policies, corporate acts, and documentation comply with applicable legislation across relevant jurisdictions
  • Prepare legal reports, risk assessments, and analysis to inform business decision-making
  • Provide legal advice and support to other departments and subsidiaries within Aleph Group
  • Manage legal and administrative documentation processes, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance
  • Maintain organized records of legal documents and correspondence
  • Conduct in-depth legal research on complex topics, presenting summarized findings and actionable recommendations
  • Mentor and guide junior legal team members, where applicable

Requirements

  • Highest legal professional degree (for example, a Master's in Law or equivalent qualification)
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant legal experience, ideally including in-house, corporate, or commercial law
  • Strong working knowledge of corporate governance documentation and processes
  • Proven ability to work independently and advise stakeholders across multiple departments and jurisdictions within Aleph Group
  • Strong legal research skills, with the ability to analyze and summarize findings on varied legal topics
  • Experience working in a regional, cross-border setting, with the confidence to operate beyond a single-market (EU-only) focus
  • Fluent English, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of any additional EU language

We Offer

  • Impact: Your advice will shape business decisions across several departments and subsidiaries of Aleph Group, not just a single team or market.
  • Growth: Build regional, multi-jurisdiction experience, lead corporate governance work independently, and develop as a mentor to junior team members.
  • Team culture: Work in an inclusive, collaborative environment where independent professionals are trusted to advise and be heard across departments.

In line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, we are committed to fair and open compensation practices. For this role, the minimum gross annual base salary is EUR 40,000. In addition to base salary, this role includes a variable component, paid annually. The final offer will reflect your experience, skills, and the scope of the role.
