About the Position

Would you like to be part of building the compliance foundation for the Business Services team at Netcompany Banking Services? As a Regulatory and Compliance Manager, your work will combine compliance, reporting, data, and technology, and you will, among other things, explore how AI can be applied to compliance and contribute to shaping the future regulatory setup in NBS. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating structure from scratch, navigating complex regulatory requirements, and combining business, data, and technology understanding.

Responsibilities

Engage in dialogue with banks to understand their needs and regulatory challenges.
Establish the commercial foundation and help develop NBS’ compliance services.
Set the direction for the area and translate regulatory needs into concrete solutions.
Identify and drive opportunities for AI in compliance.

Requirements

Around 5–10 years of relevant experience, with a solid track record within regulatory work, compliance, or reporting - ideally from banking, fintech, pension/insurance, or a regulatory authority.
Experience with inspection visits and dialogue with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, compliance processes, and reporting.
Good data and technology understanding, with an interest in how technology and AI can support compliance.
A legal background or experience from a compliance or regulatory role is an advantage, but not a requirement.
Full professional proficiency in Danish and English (written and spoken) is a must.
