Responsibilities

• Booking Management: Handle incoming phone and online bookings, amendments, changes, and cancellations, including complaints and damage cases. Clarify customer inquiries, check documents, and work closely with international car rental partners and insurance companies.
• Customer Engagement: Use modern generative AI systems to process customer inquiries faster and more accurately. Independently manage bookings and related administrative tasks.
• Interface Role: Serve as the link between German-speaking customers and international partners, ensuring smooth collaboration.

Requirements

• Experience & Knowledge: Completed commercial education or professional experience in customer service or administrative work is advantageous.
• Drive & Communication: Strong communication skills and enjoyment in interacting with customers-even in challenging conversations-are key strengths.
• Smart Problem Solving: Goal-oriented and service-focused work approach, along with assertiveness, characterize you.
• Team Spirit: Personal responsibility, flexibility, and teamwork come naturally to you.
• Digital Proficiency & Tools: High internet affinity, confident use of MS Office, and curiosity for AI-based tools and digital trends.
• Language Skills: Fluent German and advanced English skills in speech and writing.
