Join Jerry.ai, an innovative insurance tech startup, as a Remote Inside Sales Associate. This role is pivotal in helping customers manage their most important assets, their car and home, with the warmth and speed they didn't expect from an insurance company.

Responsibilities

As a member of the Customer Operations team, your responsibilities will include:

• Taking great care of our customers. Anticipate and address coverage gaps, discounts, and renewal spikes.
• Answering inbound calls from customers shopping for auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies, and from policyholders needing changes.
• Getting deep on the product. Understand our large panel of insurance companies and our evolving app to provide trusted guidance.
• Problem solving to remove barriers between a customer and the right coverage.
• Processing service requests for vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents.
• Making the product better. Share your feedback to help us improve continuously.

Requirements

• Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required.
• Genuinely friendly and positive attitude and willingness to work as a team.
• Strong work ethic.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills.

Compensation

• Base Hourly Pay: $19 – $21 per hour
• Offers Equity: Stock options as part of the total rewards package.
• Offers Commission: Uncapped commissions for sales roles.
