Remote Live Chat Agent (English & German)

LTVplus is a multilingual outsourcing company that simplifies internationalization for brands by providing highly-trained multilingual specialists and back-office services. We are seeking a passionate and skilled Live Chat Agent to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Respond to real-time inbound chat inquiries and effectively consult prospective customers or customers regarding the products or services of our clients.
• Always provide the best customer service when chatting with prospective customers or customers.
• Ensure the success of your customers with every proactive interaction you have.

Requirements

• Outstanding fluency in English and German, both written and spoken. This is a must.
• 1 – 2 years in live chat support.
• Fantastic communication skills.
• Great attention to detail and very responsible.
• Creative, willing to experiment, and a strong desire to grow.
• Ability to type at least 50 WPM with 0 errors.
• Ability to multi-task (handling 4 chats concurrently).
• Ability to resource product information via tools that are provided to you.
• Ability to independently research information via the internet.
• Able to work shifts.
• Have high-speed internet and back-up hardware to prevent outages during shifts.
