British American Tobacco Romania has an exciting opportunity for a Reporting Services Analyst (Fixed-Term Contract) in Bucharest.

The role is responsible for managing the Planning & Reporting activities for BAT International Finance (BATIF), providing quality general analysis and overall business support to the team.

Responsibilities

• Manage Planning & Reporting activities for BAT International Finance (BATIF), ensuring accurate and timely reporting for forecast and actual cycles in line with Group requirements and deadlines.
• Ensure consistency, data quality and integrity across reporting systems, including BPC Stat, BPC Management, CFIN and ECC.
• Ensure alignment between financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow) and consistency of financial data reported for entities within the BATIF/BATOF chain, including accurate reporting of intercompany transactions.
• Engage with end market teams to understand business requirements and accurately reflect them in BPC, ensuring high-quality financial data.
• Identify, investigate and resolve reporting or system-related issues, working with technical teams where needed to support smooth reporting cycles and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Relevant experience in Finance, preferably within Planning & Reporting, Intercompany, General Ledger or a similar reporting-focused role.
• Experience with SAP, BPC and CFIN would be considered an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to process improvement.
• Good communication skills, advanced English and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
