About the Position

We are looking for a Reservation Agent/Customer Service to join our team in Vielha, Spain. This role is full-time and offers the possibility of extension for the summer season.

Responsibilities

Telephone customer service.
Virtual assistance for customers.
Management of reservations and services.
Handling telephone incidents.

Requirements

Good communication skills
Intermediate to advanced office skills
People skills
Experience in virtual environments
Required knowledge of:
- French and/or
- English

Conditions

Schedule: Monday to Sunday (two days of weekly rest). Shifts. Continuous workday.
Work location: Vielha office.
Hours: Full-time: 40 hours per week.
