About SoftNext

Created in 2018, SoftNext brings together the Tech and Software activities of the DELLEN Group. The pole has grown through around forty acquisitions and functions as an integration platform, with a team dedicated to supporting General Management and the long-term development of its companies.

SoftNext is a BtoB tech and software platform that takes over high-potential publishers and develops them over the long term within the Dellen group. The group now brings together around 70 companies organized into expertise poles (Retail, Tourism Leisure & Culture, Telecom, Media, Experience Management, Real Estate, Health), for nearly 350 million euros in revenue, and acquires 6 to 10 companies per year.

Responsibilities

• Monthly review of each subsidiary's accounts, with the RAF of its pole: balance, variations, sensitive items, correction points followed until their balance.
• Group monthly cut-off standard: define it, document it, control its application entity by entity.
• Monthly group and pole cash flow statements, group reporting manual, chart of accounts mapping doctrine.
• Group metrics and monthly management comments: explain discrepancies, identify dynamics, alert upstream.
• Two to three spot reviews of management control and two to three audits of the finance function of subsidiaries per year.
• Annual accounts, coordination of auditors, feeding the group consolidation.
• Accounting integration of each acquisition within 90 days of closing.
• Automation of recurring tasks, with the Data, BI & AI team.

Requirements

Education: Bac +5 - business school, master CCA, DSCG, DEC or equivalent.

Experience: 6 to 8 years, mainly in financial auditing (manager or senior manager in a firm), or a mixed path of audit then group accounting. Experience in multi-entity groups and external growth is essential.

• French Accounting: cycles, closing tasks, account review. Critical reading of a balance sheet, FEC, and tax return.
• Construction of a cash flow statement. Consolidation principles - this is not a consolidator position.
• Advanced Excel and real ease with data. Professional English.
• Rigor with figures, ability to industrialize, pedagogy: the group standard is obtained from a dozen RAFs without hierarchical link.
• Curiosity for AI applied to accounting tasks. No technical skills required: the group already has its AI agents, its Microsoft Fabric data lake, and Power BI - we are looking for someone who wants to use them.
