About the Position

Retail Media Operations Specialist

efood, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is seeking a Retail Media Operations Specialist to join our Growth & Retail Media team. This role is pivotal in managing, scaling, and optimizing retail media activations for leading brands and media agencies. Your mission is to ensure flawless setup, delivery, monitoring, and reporting of retail media campaigns, maximizing the return on investment for our CPG partners.

Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end campaign scheduling, asset coordination, cross-team alignment, and performance reporting for over 150 CPG partners across app and web platforms.
• Managing day-to-day banner and product ad setups, including promotional/seasonal placements and live campaign corrections.
• Supporting the reporting calendar by gathering campaign data, screenshots, and proof of delivery to generate performance reports for CPGs and agencies.
• Briefing internal design and marketing teams on creative assets, CRM, social media, and newsletters while managing CPG approvals and Omnibus compliance.
• Coordinating with Finance for timely invoicing, and collaborating with Category and Supply Chain teams to ensure SKU availability and prevent booking conflicts.
• Identifying opportunities to simplify and automate workflows using smart tools and AI.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, campaign management, or digital marketing (preferably within online/e-commerce platforms, FMCG, or a media agency).
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with high comfort working with data.
• Organizational and detail-oriented skills, with a proven ability to juggle multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Proactive problem solver with a strong sense of ownership and a track record of driving tasks through to completion.
• Clear, confident communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with ad servers, retail media platforms, or campaign management tools.
• Interest in workflow automation and AI tools.
