About the Position
Retail Sales (リテール営業)
Join AnyMind Group as a Retail Sales professional for global e-commerce, focusing on market expansion and distribution strategy for beauty and home appliances.
Responsibilities
- Flow Strategy Design and Retail Planning
- New Sales to Various Channels and Expansion of Existing Routes (Retail / Wholesaler / TV Shopping Programs, etc.)
- Creation of Sales Materials, Proposal Materials, and Price Lists
- Planning and Execution of Various Events (Buyer-oriented, Press-oriented, General-oriented)
- Planning and Production of Retail In-store Promotional Materials
Target Products:
- Makeup/Cosmetics, Skincare, Body Cream, Beauty Appliances, Kitchen Goods, etc.
Requirements
必須要件 (Must-Have Requirements)
- Retail Store/TV Shopping Program Sales Experience (1 year or more)
- Experience in Developing and Proposing Distribution Strategies
- Advanced Communication Skills for Project Management
- Basic PC Skills (Google Spreadsheet / Slide, etc.)

- Experience Handling Imported Goods
- Interest in New Technologies and Trends and Ability to Apply Them to Work (e.g., AI tools)
