About the Position
Join DeoVR as a Retoucher to enhance and refine images with a natural, polished finish, ensuring high creative standards and visual consistency.
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed skin, body, and color retouching while keeping a natural, realistic look
- Adjust lighting, tones, and contrast for balanced, high-quality results
- Remove distractions or imperfections (stray hair, wrinkles, dust, etc.)
- Prepare and export final images for web and print
- Maintain consistent visual style and quality across all photos
- Organize and manage files efficiently to support the production workflow
- Collaborate with photographers, editors, and creative team members
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom
- Proven experience in professional photo retouching (portfolio required)
- Excellent sense of color, lighting, and texture
- Attention to detail and consistency under tight deadlines
- Ability to handle large batches of photos while maintaining quality
- Basic understanding of composition and visual storytelling
Nice to Have
- Experience with beauty, fashion, or lifestyle photography
- Familiarity with Retouch4me, Capture One, or other AI-based tools
- Experience working with RAW files and color-calibrated workflows
