About the Position
Revenue Operations Manager (Leipzig or Berlin)
Legartis is a leading Legal AI company transforming how organizations manage and work on their contracts. As we scale across DACH and into new European markets, our go-to-market engine needs an operational backbone that keeps pace with it. We are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager who understands the full revenue cycle, from Marketing and Sales to Customer Success and Finance, and turns it into clear, scalable processes. HubSpot is our leading system: you own it end-to-end, and everything else connects to it.
Responsibilities
- Own HubSpot as our core GTM system and single source of truth: architecture, objects and properties, pipelines, workflows, automations, permissions, and data quality.
- Design and document end-to-end revenue processes across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance, with clear definitions, ownership, and handoffs at every stage.
- Design and enforce a clean data foundation, with consistent lifecycle stages, lead status, deal stages, attribution logic, and territory and tier structures that hold up as the team grows.
- Marketing: lead capture, scoring, and routing, campaign attribution, and a clean handoff from Marketing to Sales.
- Sales: pipeline stages and exit criteria, forecasting, pipeline reviews, and deal desk workflows, including quotes, approvals, and pricing exceptions.
- Customer Success: onboarding handoff, renewals, upsell and expansion signals, and customer health, all tracked in HubSpot.
- Finance: quote to cash, from signed deal to contract, subscription, and invoice data, plus reliable ARR, renewal, and revenue reporting together with Finance.
- Build and maintain the reporting and dashboards that give Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and leadership reliable visibility into pipeline, forecast, retention, and rep-level performance.
- Connect the wider tool stack to HubSpot via native integrations, middleware, or APIs, always choosing the simplest solution that works reliably.
- Use AI tools such as Claude Code or Cursor to build internal tools, scripts, and automations yourself where it makes sense.
- Translate commercial priorities into system-level changes and support Sales leadership on territory design and comp structure alignment.
Requirements
- 3 or more years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Deep hands-on HubSpot expertise at admin level: objects, custom properties, pipelines, workflows, reporting, and permissions.
- A solid understanding of the full B2B revenue cycle: marketing funnel, sales pipeline and forecasting, customer success and renewals, quoting, billing, and revenue reporting.
- Proven ability to design processes end-to-end, document them, and get Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to actually work with them.
- A track record of building or cleaning up CRM data foundations, not just running reports on top of someone else’s setup.
- Experience connecting a CRM with other business tools (e.g., billing, marketing, support) via native integrations, middleware such as n8n, Make, or Zapier, or APIs.
- Strong analytical instincts and comfort turning messy data into a dashboard people actually use.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance, and the confidence to push back when something does not add up.
- A structured, ownership-driven way of working, comfortable in a fast-moving scale-up where not everything is documented yet.
- Fluent English, German is a plus given our DACH customer base.
Nice to Have
- You build with AI every day and use AI tools such as Claude Code or Cursor to create small tools, scripts, or automations yourself.
- Basic scripting skills (e.g., Python or JavaScript) and comfort with SQL.
- Experience with the HubSpot API, or with Salesforce or another CRM.
- Experience with subscription billing tools and quote-to-cash processes.
We Offer
- Work in a Legal AI scale-up with a flat hierarchy and a team that takes the work seriously without taking itself too seriously.
- Real ownership from day one.
- Competitive compensation package including participation in our Employee Stock Option Plan.
- Hybrid work environment with at least two days per week in our Leipzig or Berlin office.
- Regular team events in Germany and Switzerland.
- The chance to shape how a fast-growing GTM organization actually runs, not just report on it after the fact.
