Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, and data models that track key metrics like pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and conversion rates.
• Analyze GTM data to help Business Development, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success make data-driven decisions.
• Use Power BI and Snowflake to combine data from different systems and create insights across the full customer lifecycle.
• Support forecasting and revenue performance analysis, including pipeline tracking and deal stage analysis.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure data quality and consistency in Salesforce and Snowflake.
• Work closely with RevOps and other commercial leadership to identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
• Partner with internal teams on ad-hoc analysis, data requests, and operational projects.
• Contribute to documentation and process improvements within the Revenue Operations function.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business operations, or a similar data-focused role.
• Strong skills in SQL and comfort working with large datasets (Snowflake or similar experience preferred).
• Hands-on experience creating reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
• Working knowledge of Power BI (or willingness to learn quickly).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear business insights.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Interest in SaaS, GTM operations, and learning how Revenue Operations drives company growth.
