The core purpose of the Reward Administrator role is to own the day-to-day administration of DAZN's reward and benefits programmes, acting as the first line of contact for employee reward queries.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day global benefits administration including enrolments, changes, leavers, and provider updates.
• Gather and consolidate reward and benefits data across systems, providers, and stakeholders to support reporting and cyclical processes.
• Support annual renewals, open enrolment, and the annual benefits User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process, ensuring platforms and data are checked and ready ahead of go-live.
• Create and maintain a reward calendar tracking key cyclical deadlines - including ASR, bonus, benefits renewals, UAT, and statutory reporting - to keep the team on track.
• Monitor the Reward mailbox and act as the first line of contact for employee reward and benefits queries, escalating complex issues to the Reward Advisor as the second-line escalation point.
• Process reward and benefits invoices and support day-to-day vendor administration.
• Help prepare and distribute reward and benefits communications, and support the rollout of new benefits or programme changes.
• Support data gathering for the Annual Salary Review, bonus cycle, and survey submissions, working closely with the Reward Advisor.
• Ability to travel internationally to the UK a minimum of two times annually to support collaboration, business priorities, and in-person team engagement.

Requirements

• Comfortable using Excel for day-to-day tasks including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, filters, and data checks.
• Prior experience in an HR administrative, benefits, or customer-facing operational role is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable with routine, recurring deadlines.
• Comfortable coordinating cyclical activities such as UAT and maintaining a recurring schedule or calendar.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work effectively within a global team environment.
