Rider Senior Supervisor

About the Position

We are seeking a Rider Senior Supervisor for our logistics operations team in Turkey. Oversee 3PL and FL courier operations, ensure compliance, and manage regional performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 3PL and FL courier operations on the field
• Coordinate with central teams to monitor courier hiring and compliance processes
• Conduct on-site courier inspections
• Organize working hours for couriers based on regional needs
• Support finding couriers in regions based on demand
• Follow up on the onboarding processes of riders starting work in the region
• Monitor and control courier equipment and inventory processes
• Periodically monitor regional performance metrics and take action when necessary

Requirements

• University undergraduate or graduate degree
• Experienced in logistics field operations
• Preferably with courier operations experience
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel)
• Capable of planning and task tracking
• Strong communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills
• Class B driver's license, preferably with SRC and Psychotechnical documents
• Ability to adapt to flexible working hours and intense work pace
