About the Position
We are seeking a skilled SailPoint SME/Engineer to implement, administer, and support SailPoint Identity Security solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), user lifecycle management, access certifications, role management, application onboarding, and integration with enterprise applications. The role will be responsible for ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient identity governance processes across the organization.
Responsibilities
SailPoint Administration & Engineering
- Design, implement, and support SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and/or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
- Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain SailPoint environments.
- Manage SailPoint workflows, lifecycle events, policies, and identity governance processes.
- Perform platform health monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
Identity Lifecycle Management
- Implement and support Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes.
- Automate provisioning and deprovisioning of user accounts and entitlements.
- Manage birthright, requestable, and privileged access models.
- Support role-based and attribute-based access control initiatives.
Access Governance & Compliance
- Configure and manage access certifications and periodic access reviews.
- Implement Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies and compliance controls.
- Support audit and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Generate governance, compliance, and operational reports.
Application Integration
- Integrate SailPoint with:
- Active Directory
- Azure Entra ID
- LDAP
- HR Systems (Workday, SuccessFactors)
- Databases
- Cloud and SaaS Applications
- Develop and support connectors for target systems.
- Troubleshoot identity synchronization and provisioning issues.
Development & Customization
- Develop SailPoint rules, workflows, forms, and customizations.
- Build and maintain custom connectors and integrations.
- Utilize REST APIs, Web Services, and Java-based development as required.
- Participate in migration and transformation projects.

- Knowledge of audit and compliance requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- SailPoint Certifications:
- SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer
- SailPoint Certified Identity Security Cloud Engineer
- SailPoint Architect Certification (Preferred)
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
