About the role

As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will make an impact by acting as the project's primary technical and strategic advisor, enabling best-in-class digital advertising solutions and driving strong results for clients. You will be a valued member of the consulting team and work collaboratively with project leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

This role is fundamental to raising the team's strategic maturity through deep platform knowledge, advanced consulting guidance and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Act as an in-house consulting specialist, deeply analyzing clients' business objectives and creating advanced advertising strategies across Search, Display, Video, Apps, Shopping and Performance Max.
• Be the primary point of contact (POC) for complex technical topics, platform updates, policy changes and emerging best practices, ensuring the team has accurate and up-to-date knowledge.
• Provide expert guidance, training and mentoring to marketing associates, helping them navigate complex client scenarios and contribute to strategic account planning.
• Align strategy and execution for feature launches and promotional initiatives to maximize client value.
• Conduct strategic quality calibrations, client consultation simulations and performance reviews to ensure consistent, high-quality consulting across the team.
• Present strategic reviews, technical insights and performance analyses to leadership, proposing data-driven action plans.
• Develop and maintain advanced technical documentation, manuals, case studies, summaries and standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to consulting best practices.

Requirements

• In-depth, hands-on experience across the Google Ads ecosystem, including Search, Display, Video, Apps, Shopping and Performance Max, with a solid understanding of optimization and measurement.
• Experience in account management or consulting in digital marketing or Google Ads.
• Proven ability to understand complex client needs and architect advanced advertising solutions.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use performance data, metrics and spreadsheets to identify opportunities and solve business problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex technical and strategic concepts.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2 level or equivalent).

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in mentoring, coaching or working as a consulting specialist.
• Experience in developing strategic manuals, technical guides or training content.
• Proficiency in Google tools (Sheets, Docs and Slides) for content analysis and creation.
