Responsibilities

• Find and reach out to potential clients
• Qualify leads against our ideal customer profile
• Build and run a steady sales pipeline
• Start conversations by email, calls, and social media
• Book meetings and present tailored offers
• Keep the CRM up to date with every sales activity
• Move the team's sales goals forward through lead generation and qualification

Requirements

• 2+ years of successful sales, ideally at an IT outstaffing company or a startup
• A proven track record in B2B sales with international clients
• A general understanding of software development and its terms
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Experience with a range of sales techniques and tools
• The full sales cycle and deal-closing strategies
• Self-discipline, time management, and a focus on results
• Advanced written and spoken English
