About the Position
RetroStyle Games is a team of like-minded people who are passionate about games, animation, and 2D/3D graphics. We provide high-quality art outsourcing for clients from all over the world and create our own games. We are growing, creating new projects, and looking for someone to help us find interesting clients and expand our horizons. You will become part of our wonderful sales team in our Kyiv office.

Responsibilities
- Full cycle of client management: from initial contact to cooperation agreement with further support of clients in working on joint projects.
- Search for potential customers: analysis of the gaming industry market, search for customers, partners, communication with professionals from around the world.
- Participation in international events: preparation, booking meetings, supporting the team "in the field." Over time, full representation of the company at international exhibitions and the opportunity to expand the partner network in person.
Requirements
- Experience working with B2B clients or related experience (Lead Generation / Project / Product / Partnership / Account / Customer Success).
- English skills at a level not lower than Upper Intermediate.
- Interest in the gaming industry, following news/trends, and ability to easily hold a conversation about games.
- Eagerness to learn new things and maintain interest in professional development.
Nice to Have
- Theoretical understanding of the sales process, the B2B market, and a strong desire to develop in this area.
