Responsibilities

• Neukundengewinnung & Beratung: Build new contacts, generate interest, and qualify potential clients for free consultations, including needs analysis.
• Führen von Erst- und Abschlussgesprächen: Lead initial and closing meetings, understand client needs, build trust, and ensure every meeting ends positively.
• Bedarfsanalyse: Analyze client challenges and requirements, develop tailored solutions and strategies to help clients achieve their goals.
• Coaching und Beratung: Provide coaching and consulting to clients and colleagues to improve sales skills, introducing best practices in sales and marketing.
• Dokumentation und Analyse: Ensure accurate documentation and analysis of consultation meetings and performance metrics to continuously evaluate and improve work processes.
