About the Position
RetroStyle Games is a cozy team of like-minded people passionate about games, animation, and 2D/3D graphics. We specialize in creating our own games and providing high-quality art outsourcing services for clients all over the world.
We’re currently looking for a new member to join our amazing BizDev/Sales team in Kyiv office. Our goal is to double the number of active clients and grow the quality of the projects we take on.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full client cycle – from first contact to closing deals and further support during joint projects.
- Search for potential clients – analyze the market, research new partners, and communicate with professionals worldwide.
- Participate in international events – assist with preparation, schedule meetings, and support the team on-site. Over time, you’ll have the chance to fully represent the company at international expos and expand our partnership network in person.
Requirements
- Experience working with B2B clients or related fields in GameDev/IT outsourcing (e.g. as a Project or Product Manager).
- Speak English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
- Understand the game and art industry, and can confidently discuss industry topics with clients and partners.
- Quick learner and maintain an active interest in professional growth.
