We’re not counting years. You might have ten in sales or just one. What matters is who you are: someone who loves winning new business, opening accounts and taking on big challenges.

Responsibilities

• Own the hunt: bringing new clients to META. No portfolio upkeep, no account admin. Events, networking, meetings and deals.
• Collaborate with our recruitment team to ensure quick placements.
• Earn from what you build: a commission model designed for hunters.
• Grow with us: a clear career path, regular development conversations, and a direct line to the co-founder.

Requirements

• Loves the hunt: goes out to find business instead of waiting for it to arrive.
• Gets more energy from opening a new account than from managing an old one.
• Thrives on big challenges. Banks, insurers and large accounts with tough procurement don’t scare you.
• Has thick skin. A “no” is information, not the end.
• Builds relationships easily and keeps them alive.
• Is fluent in Portuguese and English (French or German is a great plus).
• Is available to work on-site at our Lisbon office, with occasional remote.
• Has sold Team Extension, staff augmentation or tech services before? A plus, not a must.

We Offer

• Salary range: €16,800 to €23,800 gross per year, depending on seniority.
• Commission plan: a bonus for every new account, commission on placements in the accounts you open for 12 months, and an annual target bonus.
