About the Position
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Sales Manager for UI/UX Design Services to join our remote team at Codebridge Technology, Inc. This role is ideal for individuals with a keen interest in UI/UX design and a proven track record in sales.
Responsibilities
- Regularly monitor Upwork accounts and promptly respond to potential clients.
- Initiate and conduct Zoom calls with prospects to discuss their needs and our services, with the aim of converting them into clients.
- Collaborate with our UI/UX designers as needed to provide accurate information to the clients.
- Handle all aspects of the sales process, including answering queries, setting up meetings, and finalizing contracts.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design concepts and ability to effectively communicate their value to clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to engage and persuade potential clients, with strong negotiation skills.
- Experience in sales, particularly in a remote or online environment, is preferred.

- Night Shift: 1 AM to 9 AM - Perfect for night owls or those in different time zones.
