Sales Supervisor for AF_PS_RBCW

Wuxi, Jiangsu, China

To better support the fast development of automotive industry and technology of China, Bosch set up its wholly owned company, Bosch Automotive Systems (Wuxi) Co., Ltd., in Wuxi (RBCW). As an important member of two divisions Power Solutions and Electrified Motion, RBCW has nearly 650 employees, and is a youthful and energetic company. It specializes in the development, production and sales of new powertrain-related and future-oriented products. The main products include after treatment system, 48V battery, sensors, connector, alternative fuel system, commercial vehicle electrification drive unit and thermal management system, automated driving assistance system, etc.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirement regarding commercial and technical conditions for customer projects
• Preparation of system / component quotations
• Preparation of customer contracts and sales price negotiation
• Follow-up of customer order, delivery and AR
• Coordination of sales planning and forecasts
• Preparation of internal reporting documentation
• Identify business opportunities with Alternative Fuel engine OEMs
• Acquisition of projects with electronically governed Alternative Fuel system / components
• Identify measures to maintain customer satisfaction
• Organize and perform sales tasks self-dependent according to the project requirements and sales targets and in co-operation with project team members and sales controlling in RBCW and PS.
• Coordinate commercial conditions for different projects in the customer group
• Market intelligence: analyze market / competitor situation, collect customer voice, derive specific requirement for RB system and product development
• Other tasks assigned by RBCW/SMP-AF

Requirements

• Master or bachelor degree in Engineering, preferably in automotive technology or IC engine
• 2~3 years in automotive industry
• Ability to integrate in an international project team and willingness to work customer-oriented
• Good communication skills
