About the Position
Join ExampleCorp as a Sales Supervisor. Lead, motivate, and train a sales team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise sales staff to ensure sales goals are met.
- Develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
- Monitor market trends to identify new sales opportunities.
- Train and coach sales staff on effective selling techniques.
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare reports on sales activity and submit to upper management.
- Maintain knowledge of all products and services offered by the company.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years experience in a sales role with at least two of those years in a supervisory role.
- Proven ability to successfully lead and motivate a sales team.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- High degree of integrity and accountability.
