Responsibilities

As Sales Trainee, you will:

• Sales Support: Assist in preparing commercial proposals, presentations, and tailored solutions for agencies and advertisers.
• Campaign Management: Support campaign monitoring, analyse performance, and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Client Success: Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth campaign execution and client satisfaction.
• Business Development: Help identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Ad Operations, and Data teams across Belgium and other European markets.
• Client Journey: Gain exposure to the full commercial process, from prospecting and sales to campaign delivery and client retention.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Strong interest in digital advertising, media, data, and innovation.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
• Strong organisational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working with international teams.
• Ability to take initiative and contribute to real business projects.
