About the Position

Responsibilities

• Manage first-level support in Salesforce (Sales Cloud) for users in 15 countries, ensuring the agile resolution of requests and compliance with service agreements.
• Design and optimize reports and dashboards that facilitate the tracking of operational and commercial goals of the different business units.
• Train company teams in the efficient use of tools and workflows, promoting continuous adoption of the platform.
• Report and document technical incidents, coordinating their follow-up with the regional support team to identify root causes and functional improvements.
• Monitor and optimize data hygiene in the Salesforce database, ensuring the integrity of account and business operation records.

Requirements

• Advanced students or graduates in Systems, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Previous work experience of at least 1 year as an analyst or advanced user (Power User) providing functional support in Salesforce.
• Fluency in Sales Cloud, with autonomy to structure queries, view lists, and specialized dashboards.
• Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel) for database analysis, mass cross-referencing, and cleansing.
• Intermediate English level (especially in written communication) for fluid interaction with regional and global technical teams.
