Salesforce Business Analyst

About the Position

We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst with experience in Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Field Service to join our IT team in Fiorano Modenese, Italy.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and business processes in collaboration with the business.
• Define functional specifications for the implementation of Salesforce solutions.
• Configure and administer the Salesforce Lightning platform.
• Configure standard functionalities, workflows, and process automations.
• Manage platform security and authorization models.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support business processes.
• Support business users involved in customer care, technical assistance, and field intervention management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners for the implementation of new features and management of integrations with other enterprise systems.

Requirements

• Consolidated experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service.
• Experience in functional requirements analysis and Salesforce platform configuration.
• Knowledge of the Salesforce Lightning environment, security models, and administration features.
• Experience in configuring workflows, automations, reports, and dashboards.

Nice to Have

• Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Field Service Consultant, Salesforce Platform Developer I, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant.
• Experience in integrating Salesforce with ERP systems and other enterprise platforms.
• Knowledge of Salesforce development technologies (Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components).
• Experience in international and multi-country contexts.

We Offer

• Competitive salary ranging from 35,000 to 50,000 EUR per year, depending on experience and skills.
