Technical Assistance Specialist

About the Position

We are seeking a Technical Assistance Specialist for Salvaterra di Casalgrande, Italy, to handle technical support and maintenance of automatic vertical warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site and remote technical support interventions
• Perform scheduled maintenance and replacement of parts
• Manage technical documentation and equipment
• Conduct technical training for end-users, dealers, and overseas branch staff

Requirements

• Diploma in technical, electronic, or electromechanical fields
• Previous experience as a field technician in automation, on construction sites in Italy and abroad
• Proven knowledge in electrical, mechanical, and electronic areas
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Basic IT skills
• Willingness to occasionally travel abroad

We Offer

• Gross Annual Salary (RAL) between 35,000 and 45,000 EUR depending on experience and skills
