About the Position

Salesforce Developer / Architect (Contract Position)

We are looking for experienced Salesforce Developers and Architects to collaborate on a contract basis. We welcome professionals with expertise in various Salesforce Clouds (Marketing, Service, Sales, etc.) who can deliver high-quality solutions tailored to business needs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions across different Clouds;
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions;
• Develop and optimize Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Components (LWC), Flows, and integrations;
• Ensure best practices in architecture, security, and performance tuning;
• Support data migration, integration with third-party tools, and automation processes;
• Stay up to date with Salesforce platform updates and recommend innovative solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development or architecture experience (if you are a Developer);
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development or architecture experience (if you are an Architect);
• Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, Flows, and APIs (REST/SOAP);
• Expertise in various Salesforce Clouds (Marketing, Service, Sales, etc.);
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps tools, and Salesforce deployment strategies;
• Solid understanding of Salesforce security, data modeling, and best practices;
• English proficiency at B2+ level (written and spoken);
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with global teams.

Nice to Have

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Application Architect, Technical Architect).
