About the Role

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer Lead with extensive experience and maturity in Salesforce development and a strong understanding of platform best practices. This role is end-to-end responsible for the design, implementation, documentation, and unit testing of requirements in Salesforce and/or a functional domain, leading technical delivery while guiding and mentoring a team of developers.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end responsibility for design, implementation, and unit testing of requirements in Salesforce and/or a defined functional domain.
• Produce functional and technical specifications and ensure up-to-date documentation.
• Deliver Salesforce configuration/parameterization according to requirements and development standards.
• Perform coding for integrations and interfaces within scope.
• Execute unit tests, analyze defects, and implement fixes.
• Define and review test cases to ensure coverage and quality.

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce integrations.
• Hands-on experience building unit tests, performing defect analysis, and bug fixing.
• Good level of Git, SFDX, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to use JavaScript/HTML to customize templates, troubleshoot campaign behavior, and ensure proper rendering across browsers.
• Strong leadership abilities, with capacity to guide, mentor, and motivate a team of developers.

Nice to Have

• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II and Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA).

Language & Work Model

• English proficiency B2 or higher (spoken and written).
• Portuguese (fluent)
• Hybrid model: availability to work 2 days per week onsite in Lisbon.
