Salesforce Service Cloud Specialist

Accenture's Business & Technology Delivery Team is seeking a Salesforce Service Cloud Specialist to join our team in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This is a full-time position aimed at professionals who are passionate about driving digital transformation and enhancing the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions in Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Participate in Salesforce platform implementation and evolution projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and process optimization.
• Contribute to the design of functional architectures aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

• Experience in Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Experience in Salesforce implementations.
• Technical education or related studies.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
• Experience in Salesforce CRM Implementation.
• Knowledge of Business Design.
• Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
• Knowledge of Solution Architecture.
