Salesforce Technical Lead

About the Position

We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead to join our global professional services company in Lisbon, Portugal. This role involves leading Salesforce-based solutions for an international client, focusing on design, implementation, and integration within a broader technology program.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design, implementation, and unit testing of Salesforce requirements.
• Write functional and technical documentation to support development work.
• Deliver Salesforce parameterization aligned with requirements and standards.
• Develop and implement interfaces and integrations within scope.
• Execute unit tests, analyze defects, and implement fixes.
• Define and review test cases.
• Guide and motivate a team of developers.
