About the Position
We are seeking a Salesperson with excellent communication skills to join our team in Kyiv, focusing on client communication and sales.
Responsibilities
- Active individual work on communication with potential customers (prospects);
- Conduct primary communication with international clients (in English);
- Search for new clients and projects;
- Work with the CRM system;
- Understand client needs and offer possible solutions;
- Researching markets and looking for promising deals. Receiving leads from the Lead Generation Department;
- Coordination of work with the Sales Department to obtain new projects and clients (Sales Branch);
- Implementation of the sales plan.
Requirements
- Excellent discipline, time management, and multitasking skills;
- Attentiveness, punctuality, commitment, responsibility, integrity, desire to learn;
- High level of communication skills;
- High level of written and spoken English - at least Upper Intermediate;
- A person who knows how to sell and is not afraid;
- Discipline, efficiency, ambition, and attention to detail;
- A desire to earn income from the project portfolio and from the clients the team has acquired through your sales efforts;
- A desire to grow in your team and earn money;
- A desire to build a career in Sales, increasing your skills and knowledge in IT and improving your communication skills with foreign clients.
